With Energy Drinks, Energy Shots and Protein bars being released soon, our main focus will always be Coffee. Not just any coffee. But Premium Coffee. Top of Line Coffee. Grade A Coffee.
All of our coffee is so fresh and imported from only the best roasters, and we take a lot of pride in that. Our coffee is roast to order coffee, so all of our customers only receive the freshest blends delivered straight to their doorstep. We don’t offer crap and we don’t offer stale, bitter, nasty coffee. Our coffee is high end coffee that was hand selected and also some being hand blended to only serve greatness.
In addition to only providing the best of the best coffee on a roast to order basis, we offer a subscription coffee membership, which allows you to get coffee delivered to your doorstep every week, other week or every month, all while receiving a solid discount for becoming a member.
Our coffee is roasted to order for all individual orders and roasted to order for all subscribed members. We ship our coffee via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex.
You can simply track your order using the tracking number provided to you via your email that we send. We are always on point, never really backed up because we’re savage and we’re machines. We work through anything and will go above and beyond so you get only A+ Coffee and your order promptly.
That all depends on what you order and who is delivering your coffee. USPS, UPS and Fed Ex all have different rates, and they adjust them without us knowing randomly. So we do not want to carve anything in stone. It also depends on Each shipment order. How much did you order? What is the weight ect… There are many factors, but all in all, it is affordable, and we do our best to keep it that way.
Since the turnaround time on orders happens very quickly, changing or canceling an order after it’s been placed is sometimes a little difficult. We ask that you please email: Sales@SavageSip.com or call us right away at (800) 569-9639 if there is a problem with your order. Please email or call us with your order number ready and on hand. Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. If for some reason we were not able to answer your phone call, please leave us a detailed message. Our customer support team will contact you back right away. In addition, always send an email. No matter what, we will try our hardest to get your order fixed, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fix the order before or after it ships.
Apparel and gear can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase for in-store credit, a refund, or a replacement. If there is physical damage to the package or you feel it is unsafe to consume, bags of coffee can be returned for equal exchange of the same blend (or a similar blend of equal or lesser value). Coffee, at this time, cannot be returned for credit or refund. If you require further assistance, please email email@example.com
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Payments.
If you would like to edit, add, change or cancel your Coffee Club subscription, the easiest thing to do is go to your account settings and change it from there. Otherwise, the best option is to follow to contact us by email at: Sales@SavageSip.com and we will assist you right away. If you want to cancel, we are more than happy to do that. We personally cannot stand companies that make it difficult to cancel a subscription.
We process payments with Shopify. Shopify uses a VERY Secure Encryption when accepting payments. We have been approached by many other companies for us to accept payments that offered us way lower rates, but rejected them because of our customers safety and security. Please review our payment processors' security measures: PayPal.com or Shopify Payments. Your payment and info is very secure.

If your coffee is unopened and the seal is not broken, your coffee will last a very long time fresh. We chose our bags because they are airtight, keep your coffee fresh and are also reusable for anything you decide to use them for. You want to keep your coffee stored at room temperature. This is key. Don’t put it in dark damp places, and don’t toss it in your freezer. Our coffee is very premium coffee. We Roast to order for a reason. So you only get the Freshest of the Fresh Coffee Delivered to you. Technically, the coffee peaks at its perfect taste after 14 days. So you receive your coffee early and beyond fresh.

No, we are not. It’s not that we don’t like to share… it’s because when a company goes public, 99% of them lose track of their original mission and philosophy of the company. That’s a great question! But also, an easy question to answer! For us, it’s not about quantity. It’s about Quality. We had focus groups, taste testers and more to help us narrow down what we offer. Our team, in addition, went through rigorous taste testing and decided to only offer the best of the best coffee to everyone.
Well, as of now we are only selling online and only in a few select stores and coffee shops, as we are focusing on our “unleashing” aka, our major major announcements that are brand will be doing here shortly. But not to worry, within just months, we will be in many stores nationwide as well as being able to find us in over 75 Airports Nationwide, plus on Amazon, plus events, plus venues and much more!
We Know… We Know… we should offer more, and we will. We are purposely limiting the amount of K Cups as of now because we are dropping an entire K Cup Line soon. It is going to be very very premium coffee, and not just the roasts we offer now as our blends. We will be launching our K Cup Line around the Same time we release our new Energy Drinks, Power Shots and Protein Bars. The time will come… very soon.
